Our mission is to inspire and empower the business leaders of tomorrow to tackle the world’s biggest challenges. We believe in a new economy that provides economic opportunities for everyone while unlocking innovative solutions to major social and environmental issues.
As a global leader promoting this new economy, INCO created INCO Incubators, a community of 500+ inclusive and sustainable start-ups in 50 countries across 5 continents. Through our acceleration programs and global digital platform, INCO empowers entrepreneurs with the mindset, skills, resources, and connections to refine and expand their innovative solutions.
2 — Methodology
Our approach to impact entrepreneurship
At INCO, we firmly believe that impact entrepreneurship should be an adventure open to everyone and that it represents a powerful solution to the major environmental and social challenges we are facing.
To achieve entrepreneurship for all, we tailored unique training, incubation and acceleration programs to empower future or seasoned impact entrepreneurs all over the world to solve the most pressing social and environmental challenges.
Our approach combines strong support from renowned experts, collective workshops, coaching and mentoring as well as communication support and events. In addition to that, we host regular collective experiences to foster mutual aid, solidarity and a sense of belonging and community.

Our incubators
Minassa
Tunis, Tunisia
- 20 accompanied start-ups each year

Minassa is the incubator of the cultural and creative scene. The objective is to revitalize the cultural sector by taking full advantage of the major changes that the Tunisian entrepreneurial scene is undergoing. Minassa wants to create a bridge between the start-up ecosystem and the cultural ecosystem by federating the different actors around a common approach.
Prevent2care Lab
Paris & Lyon, France

- 70 experts in the business and medical fields
Created in 2018 by Fondation Ramsay Santé and joined in 2019 by Pfizer Innovation France, the Prevent2Care Lab is the accelerator dedicated to start-ups and associations in the field of preventive health care. Operated by INCO, it supports more than 50 start-ups and associations in Paris and Lyon. In 2020, the Prevent2Care Lab will join forces with the Elior group for the Nutrition Lab, its branch dedicated to nutrition, in order to promote better health through food.
INCOPLEX Green Sud

INCOPLEX Green SUD is an acceleration programme set up by INCO in partnership with the South PACA Region and TOTAL Regional Development. The mission of this accelerator is to develop environmental innovations and sustainable solutions to meet the major ecological challenges of the region.
INCOPLEX 93
Seine-Saint-Denis, France

- A free program with no participation fee
INCOPLEX 93 is the first impact start-up accelerator in Seine-Saint-Denis, supported by BNP Paribas Act for Impact and based at the Cité Fertile (Pantin). The program supports start-ups to help them grow and develop their solution locally, nationally or internationally.
La Résidence
Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges , France

The Residence supports entrepreneurs who are carrying out a project responding to 4 key issues of rurality: food transition, mobility, ecological transition and the local economy. On 2-month bootcamps, the entrepreneurs are accommodated in the Residence at the foot of the Pyrenees, to prototype and test their project in contact with local stakeholders (farmers, producers, inhabitants of rural areas...).
Sprint Network

SPRINT is a global network of incubators, local authorities and start-ups present in France, Canada, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Algeria, Madagascar and Armenia. Developed by INCO, supported by the Ile-de-France region and RATP Dev, its objective is to respond to the major environmental challenges of the century by supporting innovators and entrepreneurs from French-speaking territories in their internationalisation.
Résilience 93
- 80% of increase in participation to public or private tenders amongst the cohorts
- 70% of supported companies to exceed or go back to their pre-Covid-19 performance
- 40% of supported companies to be awarded at least one public or private tender in connection with the 2024 Olympic Games
Resilience 93 is a 4-month free program which aims at supporting 50 small and medium enterprises from the Seine-Saint-Denis region to practically and sustainably develop their capacity to bounce back from crises as well as tap into the opportunities of the 2024 Olympic Games. In partnership with JP Morgan, Resilience 93 aspires to achieve the following impact.
Tarmac TX

Tarmac TX is an acceleration program set up by INCO US in partnership with 3M Company and based in Austin, Texas. This accelerator for Austin-based start-ups supports the development of companies with science and technology solutions that address today's environmental and social challenges.
The Impact Accelerator

The Impact Accelerator is designed for entrepreneurs who aim to provide sustainable solutions to the challenges of tomorrow's urban real estate. The Accelerator supports innovative projects that address the issues of resource use or improving the quality of life of city residents.
Go Far
Kigali, Rwanda

- 6-month incubation program
- 50% women entrepreneurs
Go Far is a 6-month incubation program for young early stage entrepreneurs with a strong social or environmental impact. Support is provided through mentoring, weekly trainings, coaching and networking events. The objective is to support entrepreneurs by promoting sustainable and inclusive growth in the structuring of their projects.
INCO Scholar
Casablanca, Morocco

INCO Scholar is the first university incubator for social innovation in Morocco. Located in the heart of the Hassan II University in Casablanca. INCO Scholar trains and accompanies students and young graduates in the development of their business project with a high social or environmental impact.
L'Accélérateur ESS Ile-de-France
Ile-de-France, France

- Personalized support over 24 months
Initiated by the Ile-de-France Region, set up by INCO with the support of HEC Paris and Accenture, this accelerator is intended for companies with an economic, social and environmental impact on the territory. The aim is to support and help these companies to change scale for a more inclusive and sustainable Paris Region economy, particularly through job creation.
Dialogue Place
- 15 start-ups incubated each year
- 12 months of acceleration
Dialogue Place is an incubator of multicultural social enterprises and a coworking space run by the Neapolitan cooperative Project Ahead in partnership with INCO. It is located in the Quartieri Spagnoli in Napoli and its mission is to promote integration through the creation of social enterprises run by Neapolitans and migrants. To do this, it realizes competitions of social enterprise, events and offers an incubation program that follows the aspiring entrepreneurs from the planning phase to the launching phase on the company’s market.

The INCO Network is a unique initiative that aims at joining forces to promote impact entrepreneurship all over the world.
